Check in is quick. I didn’t need to wait long to be called. Medical assistant was efficient and professional. Only waited 5 minutes in the room for my doctor to come in. Doctor heard my concerns and addressed them and answered questions that I had. I’ve been going to Neponset for my and my son’s primary healthcare needs for 18 years. I’m grateful for them in My neighborhood and have never had anything less that a positive experience.

Harbor health in Plymouth is great! I love everyone. Everybody is so nice and I never have to wait for any of my appointments. Im very happy with them. I've been going there almost 8 years. Idk if Harbor health sent me the wrong link or what.

Always so polite and helpful. Charmaine Desir, I wouldn't change my PCP for anything. Also, for women's health, Alison Foley and Dr. Evans—just everyone on that team is absolutely incredible. All the physicians seem to care about their patients, at least all whom I have encountered. Continue to show kindness, concern, empathy, and by all means, providing respect all goes a long way. Thank you all. Sincerely, T.Young

Extremely rude front desk staff. Was a patient here for four years. My doctor was good, but scheduling anything, getting any paperwork from them, or doing any administrative or logistical tasks was a nightmare. I don't want to paint with a broad stroke and say every front desk person was incompetent and rude, but that was my experience more often than not. Given incorrect information, unscheduled vaccines, rude operators, unclear instructions, and the like. I am extremely happy to have switched out of this system. I'm giving it two stars because the physicians are better than the people checking you in, and because they have a bloodwork lab on site.

They sure seem to want to do well and with excellence in all departments. Still either the doctor or the pharmacy filled my script wrong. I’ve been all over the place in the last few days until it dawned on me that the capsules “felt” smaller. I checked the bottle and sure enough they are half the strength. Not cool. And not good at all! Giving four stars still because 1 of them are for the benefit of the doubt, sprinkled with the grace of God.
