I had a great first time experience at this location. Parking was easy. The space is bright and cheery. The staff was friendly. I was greeted by jacqui with a smile! Lily, my MA, was really nice and understood my needs. Dr. Ogando was thorough and attentive.

Today was my first time receiving services at Codman Square, and from the reception area to the doctor, I received care that truly deserves more than 5 stars. I want to give special thanks to: Cumins, who helped me reactivate my insurance. • Stephanie, who welcomed me and assisted me in urgent care. • Dr. Gabriella, who provided my medical consultation. • Kester, who completed the follow‑up steps with me. Honestly, I am very happy with the way I was treated. I felt respected, supported, and well cared for throughout the entire visit.
HIPAA is not followed. A patient was able to use my address, phone number and be seen. First time patient and a photo ID was not asked for nor insurance card . Only difference is DOB. Not one person called me backed for months with answers. Finally, month 4- I was told a flag was put on the chart so if the person ever came there again they would approach. Well…..she went again and I’m getting calls about her visit and needing insurance information. How can a medical center be managed so poorly?
Very disappointed with the level of care and communication from this clinic. I experienced repeated delays, lack of follow-up, and minimal support when I needed it most. Patients shouldn’t have to chase down providers for responses or feel overlooked during important moments in their care. I expected better professionalism and accountability. I hope this clinic improves how they communicate with and support their patients.
I called the clinic FIVE TIMES today to figure out my daughter’s insurance/physical appointment. They hung up on me THREE times and refused to transfer me OR give me the number to someone in their insurance department (kept telling me I HAVE to walk in) also lied and said there was NO MANAGER available right before hanging up in my face …. After speaking with a CHAD who is supposedly the manager I looked on the company website to FIND the insurance departments phone number and I called them. They then let me know my daughters insurance is IN FACT active and NOT termed like EVERY PATIENT COORDINATOR told me all morning ! This is beyond frustrating that you guys can’t get your information together . I had to call the insurance company as well to confirm I know what I’m talking about and even THEY were confused as to why I was having such a hard time for my child! After these last three appts I’m making sure to NEVER step foot in there again ! It’s bad enough you all are giving out the WRONG information but to then hang up in peoples faces when they’re asking for a manager is definitely unprofessional! You all don’t get paid enough to lie to patients and/or give people a HARD time!
