I wanted to support this business because the doctor is great, and I really tried several times to give them a chance. The customer service is so awful. 1) The call wait time is horrendous. 2) The appointment scheduling is so far out into the future. 3) The wait time to be seen during the appointment was longer than 30 minutes. People who dropped in without an appointment were seen before me, well into my appointment time. 4) A sale seems more important than anything. I ordered glasses twice from here. After receiving the new glasses, I went back to ask for an adjustment, but the staff acted like it was a bother and did not heed the adjustments I mentioned that were needed due to the discomfort I experienced with the glasses. I purchased another pair, and I mentioned a nickel allergy. I was told that the glasses should not be a problem, but it did, and the glasses are barely wearable now.

Definitely must have Gen Z or Gen Alpha at the front desk. I’ve called multiple times this Morning, April 27, 2026 trying to see if they had any availability for an appointment each time I called it was something different first the phone rang endlessly I hung up then I called back. Someone answered and said they were with a patient put me on hold for a few minutes. I hung up. I waited half an hour called back phone rang when it was picked up the line was dead so I hung up and called back. Someone picked up and immediately put me on hold. I understand people are busy. I understand there may be people inside the location that might need attention, but the people who call are also your patients and deserve the same attention. If it’s too busy, maybe you should hire someone specifically for the phones. You should not have to call this many times and not receive any assistance extremely disappointed

The Dr is great. Explains each test as she does them. Is really friendly.

Exceptional eye care! Great customer service from all the staff. Very detailed oriented! Just well rounded eye care.

I'm reluctant to write this review since they helped me fix a missing nose-pad on my glasses but the service ended up severely damaging my lenses. As you can see, there are deep grooves around the nose-pads caused by the tool used. I'm mostly concerned the technician scratched the lenses twice; accidents happen, but please terminate a minor repair like nose-pad attachment if the expensive lenses are getting gouged!
