The team at eye level are amazing. I was having some issues with adapting to wearing contact lenses and they've been Great with follow up appointments and answering all my questions and concerns. Both the eye specialist doctors are A++ I've also been more than happy with the quality of of the glasses that I bought a few years ago. The Fact that I've been wearing the same glasses for the past few years just Shows what great quality I love carries in its store. I love supporting local businesses in my community!

I had a great experience with Dr Amanda Turcotte! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful with finding the right contact lens brand and fit for me. She explained everything at every step of the exam. I can finally see!

I contacted Eye Level doctors after a corneal abrasion. Dr. Turcotte called right away and got me a same day appointment. She was attentive, professional and accommodating. I work in the health care industry; the service and clinical acumen of the Eye Level team is top notch.

I had such an incredible experience at Eye Level in the South End! I hadn’t been to an optometrist in quite a while, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was completely blown away. Dr. Laura Martin was absolutely fantastic, so attentive, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel totally comfortable throughout the entire visit. On top of that, the entire staff was phenomenal. From start to finish, the level of service and professionalism was truly outstanding. I also picked out new glasses while I was there, and the process was seamless and actually really enjoyable. This is hands-down one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch eye care!
