Still scratching my head?!?!?! After picking out my glasses to order, she calculated the cost $735. She said sense you don't have insurance we have an inhouse $200 deductible to help you out. Now the price is $535. I told her that I do have insurance. She starts going through my information file and finds that yes indeed I do have Insurance. She then said that you have a $300 coverage towards your glasses making your end cost of $435. She then said sense you have insurance that the $200 deduction she gave me is now taken back. THE CONCLUSION: I pay for my Insurance every month at a high rate just so I have Insurance to help with cost. *(( So they over charge you $200 so they can turn your $300 Deductible into $100 Deductible. Unless you don't have Insurance then they just drop-it. ))* I will be checking in to see if this practice is even legal, smells like Insurance fraud to me.

While I have never been to this company for service, I have read through several of the reviews and find it interesting that the "owners" of the company would divulge someone personal information about patients in their reviews. In one of the review responses the patient was called out for being given multiple opportunities to to schedule appointments but refused to do so and another stating that the patient had been a long time patient of the company, indicating they are calling out patient scenarios directly. It is one thing for a customer or patient to call out a company with their own experiences but shaming a patient back in a review response is nothing short of petty and very poor practice. So in conclusion, while I may not have a review rating for the services provided directly for the company itself, as a LONG time customer service skill agent of over 15 years, some of these responses absolutely deserve a 1 star for the company's way of handling poor reviews.
First time at this place and was charged just shy of 2000 dollars for an exam and 2 pairs of glasses that was put on the slow boat to arrive. Luckily i had insurance but id suggest calling around or making the drive north for a better price.
I’m regretting choosing this place for care and glasses. I had a medical visit, obtained a prescription, paid 1/2 for new eyeglasses and when text received to pick up I went in a few days later. I was told to sit and wait for next availability. After 3 customers went through ahead of me I decided I had to return to work. I called to make an appointment so I would have a set time to pickup and pay balance. In short I was told no appointments for pickup, wait until there is an opening, patients visiting doctors take precedence. Hello? I was a patient who saw a doctor and it’s the reason I have returned, to pick up glasses your doctor prescribed! Don’t I matter afterwards?!! Very poor business practice and terrible customer service. Insult to injury threatening me with having to pay my balance when picking up glasses, duh, it’s why I was there! Now my glasses are there, held hostage until I can find an hour of free time during the week to be fitted and paid for. Do they make their money on the front end?
Jenna is an absolute gem! She made the process of choosing glasses not only easy but genuinely enjoyable. With her keen eye for style, honest feedback, and warm, friendly demeanor, she helped me find the perfect pair that I never would’ve picked on my own — and now I love them. She truly cares about making sure you feel confident and comfortable, and her professionalism and patience shine through every step of the way. If you need help picking glasses, Jenna is the one to see!
