Dr Bauner did a good job, but the optician was not helpful at all. When she called me up to pay. She just told me how much it was and gave me my receipt and prescription. From there it seemed like ok your all set, you can leave. Only reason she gave me information was because I asked more about the coverage and cost. So when I asked if I could get measured for frames she told me she couldn't do that unless I bought a pair there. Didn't feel like she wanted to help me at all.

I had the most thorough eye exam I have had in years. The Dr was very competent. Explained to me best way to care for my eyes as I take medications that cause dryness. I did not feel rushed in looking and choosing glasses. The entire team was friendly and encouraged me to try many styles. I was able to choose a pair that is perfect for my lifestyle. Ordering modern prescription glasses with cool look and a cool price! Thank you.

I was very impressed with the support I received from Tina and Jennifer before, during* and after my eye exam and contact fitting 2-21-23. I am still adjusting to medical visits due to my risks for COVID19 and the close encounter of an exam. Stress was much less than my last visit which had to be rescheduled. Tina offered to be present just to make sure I was OK. This is service and compassion. 5 stars

Very nice staff, helped me find readers until my glasses could get in, reasonable price, in and out quickly, felt like they actually cared about my vision, paperwork was easy.

Went there and I'm ona huge strick budget. They helped me find a pair of glasses and then helped me get the best lens for the best price. The staff!! Super great. Even with my 5 year old. Who coming down from a sugar high. They were very patient with us.
