She took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made the experience smooth and comfortable. Hey, Monica was a great sales manager, she helped me get my mother who had Alzheimer's dementia two great pairs of glasses, she was patient and very professional as well, and she spoke highly of her ladies.
