Ten days ago I’ve had one of the best customer service experiences at the Walmart Vision Center in Lutz, FL. Carlos showed me his expertise as soon as I stepped into the store. Immediately greeted me with a smile and started the process, which took less than 15 minutes for two sets. Today I received my glasses and they fell “fantastic”, no adjustments were necessary and I’m very happy to have used their service. Picked up my new prescription sunglasses today. Ordered 2/19 & ready for pickup 2/25. Kat helped me pick out the mirrored sunglass feature. I just love them. I will be purchasing all future prescription glasses & sunglasses from Walmart Vision & Glasses. They have a large selection of frames, fantastic prices and Kat provided great customer service with a smile!!! I purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses and had a wonderful experience. Great prices with a large selection of frames to choose from. They applied my EYEMED insurance benefit for today’s purchase and they also take VSP Vision insurance which I will keep in mind for future purchases. Thanks Much Kat & Richard for providing great customer service. Stopped by Walmart Vision & Glasses in Lutz to get help with trying on glasses virtually. I was assisted by Kat who did a fantastic job of showing me how to. Thanks much Kat for your excellent customer service!!!

I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Lutz. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The independent optometrist, Toni, was excellent—very thorough, knowledgeable, and made the eye exam comfortable and easy to understand. After my exam, Carlos at the Vision Center helped me with my glasses, and he did a fantastic job. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was just right. Overall, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. I definitely recommend both the independent optometrist and the Vision Center if you’re looking for great eye care and helpful service.

Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He expertly replaced the hard, uncomfortable nose pads of 2 pairs of glasses and replaced them with very soft, comfortable silicone nose pads. He then adjusted them to perfection. Many thanks to Carlos for his wonderful assistance!
