If you are someone who values the importance of time, I would never recommend this place. I came in for a neurology appointment scheduled for 1pm and I didn’t see the doctor until nearly 5pm. After 2 and half hours waiting I began to get agitated and inquired what was the reason for scheduling appointments if patients were not going to be seen in a timely manner. The receptionist then explained their boss (administrators) have them fill in every hour with as many patients regardless if the doctor is available to see patients for the time scheduled. To top that off the ONLY doctor for the day came in late which pushed back patients for the day. Moreover, they even have notices on their walls stating “overbooking is allowed”. I have attached a picture for your awareness. Overall I noticed and understood the lack of care for patients time so be prepared to sit in a waiting area for 3 plus hours before actually seeing the doctor. I for certain will never return nor recommend this facility to anyone I care about!!! FYI, this is for the neurology side. Idk how the other areas are but if they are all ran by the same administrators, then you can already assume.

I want to start by saying that the doctor is very professional and skilled. I previously had two procedures done by him at another clinic, and my experiences with him were always excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff, Erika and Maria, completely ruined this experience. They spoke to patients with attitude, showed no empathy, and were not helpful at all. They are not properly prepared to work in customer service or patient care. I arrived at 11:00 AM for my scheduled endoscopy appointment at 11:30 AM, yet I did not leave the clinic until 6:40 PM. I had not eaten anything since 9:00 PM the night before due to the procedure instructions, and as a person with hypertension, there was absolutely no consideration for my condition. The reception staff refused to even check me in, and I had to communicate directly with the doctor myself before they finally registered me. To make matters worse, they intentionally placed me as the last patient of the day. The doctor deserves recognition for his professionalism, but the reception staff seriously needs training in empathy, communication, and basic respect toward patients.

The worse place ever. My appt was at 9:30. I arrived at 9 am it is 12:30 and they haven even called me yet. This place is crazy. I bunch of people waiting at the waiting area. If you have a hole day to spending over here this is the place for you. This place it’s not for people to work and have things to do. If I could give them a cero I will. Never coming back

The phones at Med Alliance should be disconnected. I say this because no one is available to answer the phones for their patients. The phones just rings and puts you on hold. There is no one to confirm your appointment with. They say they care but never available for their patient's over the phone. During my appointment with my pain management doctor, I was called into the management office to discuss my previous feedback. Being removed from a medical appointment in this manner was highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, I am concerned that the conversation felt like an attempt to justify the lack of responsiveness to phone calls. While I was encouraged to use the patient portal, there are instances where I need to speak with a staff member directly and cannot wait several days for a digital response. I believe that reliable telephone access is a necessary service for patients. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the communication and patient experience at your clinic.
