I can't recommend Livan Savino enough! I've been to many eyeglass stores in the area, and none of them come close to the level of customer service they provide. They take the time to work with you one-on-one and are incredibly patient while helping you choose the perfect pair of glasses. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about making sure you find frames that look and feel great. On top of that, they have a beautiful selection of unique, high-quality frames, and the store itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's rare to find a place that combines exceptional customer service with such a stunning selection of eyewear. If you're looking for the best experience when buying glasses, this is the place to go!

The nicest, most patient, congenial gentleman I've ever come across in my 40 years of wearing glasses. I've gone to many eyewear stores in the past and these guys are on a level I've never seen before in professionalism and customer service. Because they're patient with you, means that sometimes you need to be patient with them because they treat everyone with the same level of service, so you may need to wait in order to be served. I now have my entire family coming here. They're especially good (patient) with kids.

I am a new customer at Livan Savino and could not be more pleased. Everyone from the clinician to the sales staff took the time to listen and make helpful suggestions. They really want you to be satisfied with your purchase and to maintain a relationship with you. They do take most insurances including UFT and will not pressure you for an up sale. I highly recommend them.

My son and I went to this optical store to get glasses. They were extremely patient with us. We received the newest style of glasses from Italy and the lenses were of great quality. Amazing selection, amazing service, amazing quality lenses all at a reasonable price. Even if I move to NJ this place will always be where I buy my eye wear. If I could give more stars I would!
