My experience at Livermore Optometry group was exceptional from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming over the phone and in person. The kind lady who walked me through my glasses and lens options was very respectful and understanding, her energy was so appreciated and refreshing, especially compared to previous offices. Dr. Jonathan Pham was outstanding. He was thorough, informative, understanding and absolutely looking to better understand me as a patient and my specific eye-conditions, helping me pinpoint simple but effective solutions to better take care of my vision. Amazing clinic, would highly recommend to anyone looking for the highest quality optometry service in Alameda County! Thank you all so much!

I recommend this group to everyone. They’re so kind and very helpful. Eye exams and choosing glasses has never been easier or a smoother process. My daughter is 8 years old and she enjoyed her visit as well. All the providers we’ve had have been amazing.

Dr Jonathan Pham is so thorough, patient, and explained all my conditions in detail. He cared deeply about my conditions and is extremely knowledgeable. I had an emergency situation and Dr Pham ensured I got the help I needed. I had a follow up with a retina specialist who was deeply impressed with the accuracy and thoroughness of the exam report that Dr Pham prepared for me.

I had trouble figuring out which Frames to get for my glasses and my sunglasses the ladies in there were so helpful and very honest. I appreciate all the times I’ve gone there. Nobody has a sad face. Everybody smiles and appears to be happy. I recommend this place to everybody that I know.

I've been going to Livermore Optometry for over 10 years. It used to be a 5-star place for me, but unfortunately I think it's gone downhill since the ownership change. The longtime optometrists I used to see were great. My last visit was with one of the newer optometrists, and I just wasn't impressed. I've also always thought their glasses were pretty overpriced, and that seems even harder to justify now. I still go because there really aren't many good options in Livermore, but for me it's gone from 5 stars to 3.
