Dr. K and staff are awesome. Very professional and yet very personable. The Doctor is brilliant, he has helped me understand my sight issues and treat each problem very successfully, allowing me to enjoy life, from being able to see clearly to drive, read books, enjoy TV and to everyday life, from watching my grandkids perform to shopping. Very thankful for him. His staff have been very skillful with tests and scans and extremely helpful with glasses fitting and selection. Outstanding service.

The doctor is never rushed, spends time to explain the details of any eye examination and provides context about changes, if any, from previous checkups. I've been a wearer of glasses or contact lenses for 45 years – so, I've had *many* optometrists over the years. I've been a patient with Dr. Kamena for several years now, and he's been the best. He has a methodical, problem-solving approach to vision care, and takes the time to explain why a prescription has changed, a retinal scan result, the latest innovations in lens technology, etc. Dr. Kamena is thoughtful and engaging, and exceptional at what he does. Murrieta Optometry also has a great staff and an excellent selection of eyewear. I recently came in to get another pair of prescription sunglasses and to get the frame of my eyeglasses adjusted, and received helpful assistance from Larisa and Sergey. Particular kudos to Sergey, who educated me on the limits of tinting Eyezen boost lenses and advised switching to polarized lenses as a practical way of achieving a darker tint.

Always a fantastic experience! We've been going to them for years and have a good one every time. The doctors and staff there are such legends, love the personalities here, also like how easy it is to pick out new glasses. I've been exceedingly happy with every frames I've gotten!
