The staff are absolutely wonderful, they saw me quick and clean. No drama, no bull, just in out, answering as many questions as i had, encouraged me to ask. They preformed a wonderful wxorsisum to Vanquish Duth’og’dagru the Eye Mind Demon and restored my sight!!!! 10/10 will do again

Everyone here is extremely nice and polite, very patient , as I am disabled , and no one rushes , and no one makes me feel uncomfortable. Doctor May is the most pleasant doctor I have ever been to. She's kind and personable. I hope I never have to go anywhere else.Looking for a place to have my eye exams !!
Staff was pleasent and attentive. Took good care of my 76yo Dad. Explained everything in a manner in which he understood and made him comfortable with the testing and planning. He was pleased with his experience and is evaluating his future visit to get his vision corrected.
Do NOT leave your patients repeated VMs to reschedule for a specific clinic without leaving them a means to get in touch with the clinic directly . I DO NOT want to speak to someone scheduling for multiple clinics from their house. I want to speak to the people at the clinic who have to repeatedly reschedule because the doctor wants to leave early . People make arrangements around their appointments and you have made it exceptionally inconvenient when I have to repeatedly reschedule (at your request ) and also I cannot speak to someone at the clinic who “needs to get me in earlier that day because the doctor wants to leave earlier .” Do not call to reschedule me if you cannot leave me a DIRECT LINE to your clinic. I am not spending 30 minutes explaining your staff issues to someone who isn’t even in your clinic. People actually work for a living and schedule work around these appointments. DO BETTER
