Logan Optical

I recently had my first appointment here and it was the best experience. I called on a Monday and was able to get in on Wednesday and then got in for a follow-up I needed on Friday. The staff was very kind and professional. I was helped quickly and felt welcome. Dr. Budge is very kind and really takes his time to explain things and makes sure all your questions are answered. I truly felt cared for and I will absolutely be returning. I would recommend Logan Optical to anyone!

A few months ago, I got a little shard of construction debris in my right eyelid. Every time I blinked, it hurt. Dr. Budge and his team got me into their office within an hours of my call. Now it’s Memorial Day weekend. And yesterday afternoon , again, I got something stuck in my right eye. Of all the luck! I reached out to Dr. Budge, just hoping that he would get the message. He is a real professional. He Got my message, and took care of me. Dr. Budge has excellent skills, and a big heart to go along with them. Thank you, Dr. Budge!

I have been going to Logan Optical for over 35 years. They are the best! They are very personable and kind. Jeff and his staff welcome me by name. They ask about me and my family. They care about members of my family who were clients years ago but have moved from the valley. I appreciate the way each optician adjusts my glasses. They take the time to adjust my glasses so they don't hurt behind my ears or put pressure on my nose. When purchasing glasses, Jeff and his staff take the time to find the correct frame. They are willing to order in different color options if they do not have them in the store. They then help me pick the correct type of lens. I strongly recommend Logan Optical. They care about their clients and their eye care needs.

Well, was going to get some glasses about to years ago. Had an appointment, things fell through, and about two weeks ago from when this review was made. I made my way back to fulfill a long over due appointment. Their facility is always clean, well kept, and comfortable. Feels like home, and the staff are always welcoming. Of course I was drawn back because of how well organized and warm the establishment is kept. When proceeding with my eye appointment I was amazed and awe struck at the Doctor’s speed and passion for eye care. When it was time to order my glasses, the helpful nature, and well rounded knowledge was comforting knowing everything would be handled in a professional manner. Highly recommended for all ages, all sects of life, and anyone looking to know the know of where their eye health is and how to tackle the problem at hand. Much Love and Respect, I’ve had a constant head ache for 3 plus years, and finally can See!

Outstanding customer service! I went to 4 other places in town before checking out Logan Optical. I'm glad I decided to visit Logan Optical before making a decision. The contrast was remarkable. Everyone at Logan Optical was kind and welcoming. The frames they carry are high quality and I received them in a timely manner. It was a very different and surprisingly pleasant experience compared to the other places I went to in town.
