5 stars – Outstanding care and real skill I’ve been going to Loma Linda Optometry and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff is first-rate — professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They never tried to push anything on me or upsell me. Instead, they actually asked about my observations and listened carefully to what I was experiencing. The doctor is highly skilled. He quickly understood the focal length issue I was having with my lenses and fixed it with real expertise. I left with clear, comfortable vision and complete confidence in the solution. I totally recommend this practice. I wouldn’t use anybody else. Honestly, I’d be disappointed if this doctor ever retires or leaves California. Highly skilled care without the pressure — exactly what you want from an optometrist.

I have not seen an optometrist in YEARS due to my previous experiences at other facilities. Other facilities told both me and my son’s vision was fine and dismissed our concerns. But coming here made us feel at ease and heard. From the kind greetings, to the thorough exams and great consultation with the Optometrist. Everyone took the time to listen to our concerns and offer solutions. You can tell everyone who works here is passionate about what they do. This type of care is what gains the long term patients. My entire family comes to Loma Linda Optometry and we absolutely love the team! They make you feel so comfortable from the moment you walk in. The doctor is incredibly sweet, and the entire office is always clean and well organized. One thing I really appreciate is how honest they are when you’re trying on glasses. They’ll let you know what truly fits you best without ever being rude or pushy. It makes the whole experience feel genuine and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Dr. Soderblom and his staff have to be some of the best. My husband and I have been coming here for years, and we have always experienced the most knowledgeable and expert care. The equipment in this office appears to be state-of-the-art, and Dr. S. is so kind to thoroughly explain every test he performs. He and his staff are very patient to answer questions. I especially want to give kudos this time to optician Emilia, who in addition to being professional and top-notch at her job, is a crack-up, and SO personable. We had such fun interacting with her and her lovely coworker, whose name I unfortunately did not get. Thanks for being a medical office we actually look forward to coming to!

Dr. Soderblom is a fantastic optometrist to have. He does a great job identifying and explaining issues in friendly terms, and his staff is patient and kind. The appointments run very efficiently and I intend on continuing to visit.
