I had my annual eye exam recently and to my surprise when I arrived for the appointment I was informed that Lisa Hopkins had transitioned to a part time position, now enjoying semi-retirement. I have truly enjoyed having her as my optometrist for over 15 years. She has an authentic manner that reflects her care for patients, and I always felt comfortable with her reviewing any YELLOW alarms in my eye exam results. She put me at ease with my conditions and I felt well taken care of following the appointment. Lisa, I wish you all the best in your future pursuits...you deserve happiness and success in this new chapter of your life.

Iv been going here for about 4(?) years now and Dr. Hopkins is always kind and efficient! The selection of glasses never disappoints either! It is also very helpful that they take frames you bring as well.

I am giving this office two stars because my experience here actually started off positive in the past, but unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing. I am currently in the process of switching to a new optometrist. Lately, it feels like the staff's main priority has shifted entirely to selling more glasses rather than providing quality medical care. During my recent visits, I had specific medical concerns about my eyes. Instead of taking even just five minutes to explain things to me, the doctor completely brushed my questions off. It genuinely felt like the doctor does not care about patient questions and is only there to push frames and lenses. To make the transition even more frustrating, trying to get this office to fax my medical records to my new doctor has been incredibly challenging. I do not recommend this office to anyone who wants a doctor to take their questions seriously and give them the time they need to truly understand the issues they might be facing.

Dr Hopkins has been my eye doctor for the past 25 years! She is absolutely one of the best in her field! I am so grateful for her and her incredible smarts and kindness!
