I had a wonderful experience at SightMD in Hauppauge. The front desk ladies and gentlemen were absolutely amazing—polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with the situation I had regarding my mother’s billing. They took the time to listen and made sure we understood everything clearly. The manager was also incredible. She handled the matter with professionalism, kindness, and patience. The way she conducted herself truly showed how much she cares about the patients and their families. The Hauppague site was very clean and nice atmosphere. There was no wait to be seen. The staff was all very friendly and professional. Dr. Saha was Amazing! He explained step by step what to expect and addressed all of my concerns. I left assured that there was a workable solution and with a personal recommendation for a pediatric surgeon to follow up with. All in all I was extremely satisfied with my visit for my 8 year old son.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at sightmd for cataract removal. I felt nickled and dimed. It was the worst money I spent on myself. I still have halos and have need of corrective lenses for both eyes plus, for one eye I was waiting 5 hours. No internet connection. How cheap! No I’m not a fan of sight md
