I found the front office staff to be friendly and efficient. I definitely liked the waiting area located in the middle of your office. Jackl was friendly and professional. She explained everything as she did her job. Don’t know his name who did the further testing of taking pictures of my eye. He was a gentle as possible in order to get me in the correct angle to take the picture. Dr Graham was very pleasant and explained as he went along, as his assistant also did. I appreciate Dr Graham getting my surgery setup so quickly. A five star operation from the time you walk in till you walk out. Thank you all for a great job.

Dr. Poon is an exceptional retinologist. His office is professional and well-organized, and the care I received was top-notch. He was thorough in his examination and patient in answering all of my questions. I left my appointment feeling confident in my treatment plan and very grateful for his expertise. Highly recommended for anyone in need of specialized eye care on Long Island!!

This was my first time at VRC. I followed Dr Christopher Adam from another practice. The facility was impeccable, all the staff were very friendly and lastly I would not trust anyone but Dr Adam with my treatment. He is very thorough but to the point and yet gentle with the procedure. I am glad I continued to see him in the new practice.

I initially was going to the Riverhead location and was very happy with the doctor, the technicians and the entire staff. I've since switched to the Happaugue location because the doctor I wad seeing moved to that location. I'm also very happy with the Happaugue location staff. Everyone is very professional, and happy to answer all your questions.

What a pleasure! My dad visited a different Retina Doctor, and I was uneasy with the experience. Today we were in a completely different environment right from stepping into the door. Each staff member is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and wonderful. Thank you Wanda, Kevin, .... and all of the staff...and of course Dr Poon.
