Longmeadow Eyecare (Vision 2020)

I’ve been with this group for many years, since they were Longmeadow Eyecare. My first visit to the new location and still the same great service! The providers really took their time with my exams and explaining my options for vision correction so I could make the best choice for myself. Vast display of frames on both sides of the store and friendly employees to talk you through the insurance coverage and lens options. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone!

Terrible Customer Service Experience from Front desk staff. If you want to be inundated with reminder texts and phone calls stating two weeks before your appointment only to show up the day of your appointment to be asked, " Didn't you get my voicemail?" No, I did not and still have nor received a voicemail. "The doctors flight was delayed we can't have your appointment today. But we can schedule you for Wednesday." No I cannot come back on Wednesday. I know unforeseen things happen but when I am sitting my car in the parking lot 30 minutes before the appointment and the office manger is sitting there in her car too it is a problem. They open at 9:)0 am. Come and knock on my window. There is nobody else in the parking lot. This is the final straw. I had a previous appointment that I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Doctor was great and very thorough. He prescriber new contact lenses and told me trials would be ordered for me to wear 7- 10 days and come back so he could check them. I scheduled that appointment for follow up. I waited a week for the call the lenses were ready for me to pick up before I called to check on them. I was told they were not in yet give them a few more days. I waited another week and called again. Not in yet. I said it doesn't usually take two weeks to get them have they been ordered?.... "Let me check. " the receptionist said. She Gets back on the line and says, "oh no, they have not been ordered yet. I will get them ordered today." Okay now because what can I do. I have a follow up to check after I have worn them for several days. I was able to wear them one day and returned to the office for a check where I was told they looked great we can order a supply for you.. I ordered a supply for 90 day that cost me close to $400. In the mean time I had only a few pairs contact lenses because the trials provided were 5 daily wear pairs. Today's' encounter after 4 years was a the last straw. I never had an issue until they sold out and became Vision 20/20 and my other eye doctor retired. Today, I requested copies of all of my records and tests. Wonder how long it will take to get the records. You have lost three patient's now because myself, husband and son will all be going elsewhere.

I’ve been going to Vision 2020 for a long time starting when it was Longmeadow Eye. I’ve always been extremely satisfied. But very recently I went in for a medical situation and I’ve never been more impressed. The doctor was wonderful, caring, thorough and very empathetic to my concerns. I love this practice from the doctors to the staff and would recommend them to anyone!

Top-tier service. Everyone is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is experienced and highly tenured, which really shows in the quality of service provided. Special shoutout to Evelyn and Claudia for going above and beyond and making the experience even better.

Extremely knowledgeable staff that works like a well run team. The staff was very pleasant. The office equipped with lots of high tech too. I found the exam to be very comprehensive. Plus they have a nice selection of frames. Highly recommended.
