My first time visit Longview Eye Associates and getting an eye checkup and was very impressed with the entire visit from the moment I walked in the door and greeted by the staff at the front desk to walking out the door after eye Adam and the professional staff helping with purchasing new frames and lenses. The Dr. was very thorough and very informative and answered all my questions and took time to make sure I understood all she had to say about my personal eyesight. I feel that they really care about my eye health. Already scheduled my next years appointment with them. I have found my new professional eye doctors and staff. Great experience!! And Thanks!!!!

I loved the friendly and professional staff that greets you with a smile. The atmosphere was calm and inviting with a snack and drink while you wait. They took care of me from the time I walked in and walked out. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to take care of their eyes to go visit Longview Eye Associates it’s a winner🫶🏾💜

So called in to get an appointment and told them my insurance and they said $10 co-pay for glasses and contacts. Got to my appointment they checked me in and I went back took pictures of my eyes and came out to go get my contacts. Insurance helped with contacts and my military discount helped with my glasses. Went to pay and the total was completely different from the begining assumed price. They charged me extra for astigmatism test even though there was no test just regular eye exam. Would have been $90 for the whole exam instead of $174 that they charged me which is still dif from the $10 co pay I was told over the phone. (They blamed it on the call center they use) They charged me for the eye pictures ($40) and they said they gave me a choice to get the pics or not but they didnt. Also they tried to charge me the $40 ON TOP OF THE 174 BUT AFTER I SAID IM NOT PAYING FOR THE PICS THEY CHANGED THEIR STORY AND SAID ITS INCLUDED IN THE 174. I payed so much extra and walked out pissed. Good prescription, bad business practices. Look at the reviews, im not the only one their doing this too. Just scroll down.

I've been a patient for years. I've never had a bad experience with any of my appointments. Everyone is absolutely professional & treats you with the most respect! BUT let me brag about Mark R. When I went in to pick up my glasses. He went above & beyond to assist me. I greatly appreciate his kindness, time & help. He's extremely knowledgeable & does an outstanding job!
