I’ve gone to Walmart vision for several years. First time going to this location and I am unimpressed. Came in with a simple question, and wanted to check the place out before deciding if I was going to get an eye exam or glasses here. He was uninterested in helping me and dismissed me. When I stated, they were able to help me with the same issue before, he actually put in some effort. He told me they did not offer that and it was completely impossible. But I have had other locations help me with no issues. Instead of informing me it may cost extra, he stated it was completely impossible. From prior experiences, I knew he was lying and just uninterested in helping me.

My father and I visited the Walmart Optical Department and had the pleasure of working with Jess. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in finding the right glasses. Even though we arrived just six minutes before closing, Jess was patient, professional, and never made us feel rushed. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and we truly appreciate her dedication. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, and Jess is one of those people. Thank you, Jess!

I had to renew a prescription for my glasses. I decided to go to the Walmart vision center in Longview I was greeted by Cynthia Strong! She was very attentive and took her time with me. She was knowledgeable about my insurance, and what I was able to purchase, through my insurance. Cynthia insisted me in getting a pair of glasses that looks so nice. I will definitely be coming back each year to this location. She made me feel like her favorite customer. I'd recommend this store and Cynthia to everyone. Thank you!

Scott was absolutely wonderful! He was so friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to help us so my two children could pick out the glasses they loved! So thankful for his help!

I took my prescription in on Monday and my glasses were ready by Wednesday. Such quick service.ᐟ Jess assisted me and was so kind and friendly throughout the process. She really hyped me up about the frames I chose and shared helpful tips on which styles complement different face shapes. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend.ᐟ
