I’ve been a patient with Look Optical since 2008. I called to try to explain how my new benefits worked and the person on the phone was rude. There were three options around verifying my insurance and she sounded annoyed with me as I tried to explain. I was prepared to pay out of pocket and when I was asking follow up questions about the service costs she was very short with me. When I asked if I needed to reschedule my appointment she responded “YOU cancelled it so yes you do” in a very condescending way. I will not be returning due to the terrible customer service just trying to get my appointment.

My glasses were out of adjustment. I did not purchase them at Look Optical. But they were kind enough to make the adjustments needed, and at no charge. Top notch service. The assistant manager Jocelynn Ortega assisted me. Thank you very much.

Dr Thu is wonderful. This is the first time in my life I’ve had a prescription that feels like it’s helping. I’ve had so much trouble trying to adjust to glasses in my 40s. The time and attention she gives and her knowledge and dedication really shine through. I’m grateful and happy. Thank you to the gracious team as well.
