Great experience, from the front desk staff to the final exams, everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr Matthew is a great guy too. I got there 20 min earlier and they were so quick to get me in for my son’s appointment. I would definitely recommend this place!

Been here for about 3 years and service has been nice, up until this June 2026 year. Idk if Kim is a new hire, but her service needs some adjustments. She is the girl with Pink hair is not one to interact with or be around. I didnt interact with her alot during my visit, but her attitude was obvious. The ugly look on her face, no smiles, no hello. She acts like she hates her job and it shows. Aside from this issue, the doctor is amazing.

For some reason, every time I set up an appointment the doctor seems to be out of office once my appointment day comes. I just feel that this eye care facility has no Idea on how to schedule an appointment. I will definitely be going elsewhere.
