Staff is great friendly helpful etc. The dr is wonderful very thorough personable informative and professional. The optical department is also great they helped me find a new frame, went through everything quickly and efficiently. Very professional and personable.
Dr. Johnson and his staff are Just Wonderful. Was a little afraid at first but the Staff and doctors assured me that Everything would be alright, and I believed them. My surgery was a success, and I feel and see so much better. Thank You all at The Looking Glass Center for Great Service.
Dr. Johnson is great—he takes time with you and seems to care about you as a person, not just a patient. He answers questions clearly and I always feel better after my appointments with him. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and the office atmosphere is very pleasant.
For just a routine eye exam for a new eye glass prescription, I was scheduled 5 to 6 months out. A center is only good if you can be seen. This gets 2 stars because the person answering call was pleasant.
Even though the site was very busy, I never felt that I had been just left in a corner and forgotten. The staff is very attentive. Dr. Hank Johnson had time to do a laser procedure on my right eye immediately, without my having to make another appointment. It was easy. I felt confident that he would do a good job and he did!
