I went to Dr Haley she checked me got my prescription to get my glasses and frames. I check prices. For the same glasses the glasses in frames at Walmart what's $76. At Hendersonville Eye Care just for the lenses not the frames just the lens was $425 .Boy are they cleaning up ! While I was sitting there in the office just a minute ago the person who was figuring it up what's snippy rude and told me we have other customers waiting all she was taking my order . She was absolutely not friendly. They are not friendly people ! They're disrespectful and hateful !

They have a friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable staff. I was worked into their schedule same day, having broken my glasses. They were able to repair them while I had an eye exam. I also ordered a new pair of reasonably priced glasses. I really appreciate the level of service I received during the pandemic.

They were the first ones that could accurately identify my prescription and provide the glasses that I needed. They are professional and customer service focused. From the front desk to Dr. Haley...they are awesome.
