Love Linda, but my husband got glasses with lens he couldn't see with. Contact was made immediately, was never made right. Same happened to me, I made contact within 3 days. I was told we're moving, got to work you in. Never did, I tried reaching out, not successful. So here I also sit with glasses I can't see with. So disappointed. We have to start all over with another practice. Bad thing is, our cost will be out of pocket, insurance will not pay again!!

Absolutely the best vision facility around. The most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had. And when it comes to picking out frames they are patient and helpful so that you get the best frames and one that you like. My insurance papers were already filled out and researched so that I would get the best deal possible. No I can’t say enough about Flat Rock Vision. Exceptional.

I was only here to find the location for an upcoming appt in November, since they had moved . But in the past we have been very pleased with Dr. Frady, the optician, and staff.

This place deserves 10 stars. The progressive lenses I got here were perfectly centered and mounted. With high quality frames. But the exam Dr. is THE BEST; careful and extensive. I've been back multiple times over the years, even after relocating to Charlotte. This place rocks.
