My daughter and I both had a great experiences here. Dr. Williams and Dr. Johnson are both really good and answered all my questions. The technicians and the front desk ladies were all friendly and did a great job explaining procedures. I would recommend. Be prepared for 1-1.5 hrs for all exams due to eyes being dialated.

I have received eye care from many doctors from LKN, Charlotte and in between. I would rate this practice and Dr Verm top of the line! The doctor took time to explain my eye condition thoroughly and with exactness. The staff is top notch as well and leave nothing unaddressed. Super extraordinary care!

My first visit went well. Staff was pleasant and professional. Waited a little bit, but not to long. Dr. Verm was so nice and professional. Told me a little about himself. I've never had a Dr. do that. So personable. I have vision only in one eye. Dr. Verm calmed my fears and made me feel better about my upcoming cataract surgery.

My first visit to looking glass. They were fairly busy. It was 10 minutes past my appointment time before I went back. I was thinking that it was going to be bad. I was wrong. Everyone was courteous and professional . No wait time at all when I got to the back. Dr made me feel comfortable and seemed concerned with my care. Thank you looking glass. I would definitely recommend

I did not feel cared for or supported during my visit and was very disappointed with the level of care provided. The staff were not warm or friendly and at times felt sharp and dismissive. The doctor mumbled throughout the appointment and was difficult to understand. He did not clearly explain what he was doing or the condition of my eyes, and I had to repeatedly ask basic questions to receive information that should have been given proactively. The most serious issue was that my eyes were dilated without any prior warning or preparation. I specifically asked whether I would need a driver and was told I would be fine and could wear my contacts. This guidance was incorrect. After dilation, I was placed in a dark room with other patients and loud music, which increased my anxiety. When I returned to my car, the bright outdoor light and snow glare were overwhelming. I could barely see and was unable to drive safely. I managed to drive about one minute before having to stop and sit in a nearby Starbucks for nearly three hours until my vision improved enough to drive home. Had I been informed in advance, my husband would have driven me. This experience felt unsafe, poorly communicated, and avoidable.
