Had a great experience at Professional Vision Center in Hendersonville. Dr. Timothy Anderson was incredibly detailed and thorough with my exam, taking time to explain everything about my eyes clearly and patiently. I left feeling very confident in my care. Alyssa really helped me through the whole process, making the visit smooth from start to finish. She’s a superstar ⭐️. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care.

The entire crew was so helpful and nice. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. It did take a couple of months to get an appointment, but well worth it. They had about 20 pairs of work/safety glasses to choose from.

Highly professional office and staff. Each member of the staff was very respectful and thorough in explaining each step in the eye exam process and in answering questions. I felt comfortable and confident in their care.

A friend of mine recommended this eye care center to me. They are absolutely amazing! They really took the time to figure out what was going on with my vision. I was beginning to feel really rushed at my other eye doctor and kept having vision issues. After leaving my appointment last week, I have been able to see so much better. The staff is amazing!

Ive been coming here for probably at least ten years. As long as I can remember honestly. I still drive from East AVL where I live now to this office because I appreciate and trust them. They’re always punctual with appointment times unlike many doctors offices nowadays. Relatively good availability for appointments. Always happy to clean and adjust my glasses. Contacts come in pretty quickly when requested. Everyone here is also just kind and seems to enjoy being there. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from.
