I was naturally a little nervous to come to the eye doctor and a new center after 6 years of not having an exam. This place is incredible. ALL the staff are super friendly and warm. They welcomed me with this cute little sign that had my name on it and it made me feel so nice. You can tell they really prioritize their clients and want them to feel comfortable which is huge! I wish I could remember all the staff members name because they were all incredible. The Doctor was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain all the test results in detail and left room for questions. Josef was also very nice in helping find the right frame and lenses for me. They have a good variety of frames. I did not feel rushed at all and I felt heard and seen. I would highly recommend the Los Angeles Vision Center to anyone. Thank you for all your help today and making my experience great!

I went to Los Angeles Vision Center today to get my grandma's glasses fixed. Alma greeted me, examined the glasses, and quickly saw it was an easy fix. She had me take a seat and began working right away. The repair took about 5 minutes. Alma was very kind and professional, and the fix was quick with No charge. The facility was clean, and everyone I encountered was professional as well. Thank you, Alma for everthing!

Absolutely satisfied with the kindness and professional attention. I have been coming to this office since 1994 and I have been always satisfied but looks like they are always improving offering the latest technology for my very rare condition. Highly recommend Dr Naime for your eyes health provider.

Had the best experience during my exam here recently. The staff was extremely welcoming as soon as I entered. I only had to complete one form. I didn't have to wait at all to start my testing. After testing was completed, the dr was waiting for me in the room. No wait time at all! The dr was thorough, listened, and knowledgeable. The staff helping me check out was so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will gladly be going here for my next exam or any other optical needs.

It’s easy to get my annual vision exam done because I love the people at Los Angeles Vision Center. They are kind, vibrant, accommodating, and knowledgeable! It’s not a chore anymore! Thank you!
