Los Gatos Eye Care

I love this clinic and have been going to you guys for years. I am a little disappointed this past visit because I did not find out you are no longer "in-network" for my insurance until after my visit and my bill was way more than I expected. I feel like those details should be disclosed prior to booking an appointment. Overall, you guys remain amazing. Just be more transparent on pricing so we don't have sticker shock.

It is a pleasure to have my eyes seen to at Los Gatos Eye Care, Optometry and Aesthetics! I have been a patient (and eyeglass customer) for years, and I have always been happy with the appointments and glasses I've received. Dr. Mason and her team are efficient, trustworthy, welcoming, and genuinely caring.

I recently had my first visit at Los Gatos Eye Care, Optometry and Aesthetics, and I was truly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the entire team from the front desk to Dr. Michelle Cristi to the staff helping me select my prescription glasses was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Cristi took her time, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience feel comfortable (which is rare for me when it comes to anything involving my eyes!). I highly recommend this place for all your eye-care needs. It’s hard to find a practice that combines expertise, kindness, and a great atmosphere, but this one does. You won’t regret choosing them.

I have been going there for many years (since their old location). I really like the doctors here, but during my last visit a month ago , I didn’t get my eyeglasses from them. They told me they would send the prescription via email, so I waited but I never received it until I contacted them and asked for it. Then, about 3 weeks later , I took my daughter there last Monday. Believe it or not, by Friday we still hadn’t received her eyeglasses prescription either. I emailed them again, but there was no response. I called, and no one picked up. I’m wondering why they haven’t sent our eyeglasses prescriptions, Is that because I don’t get new eyeglasses with them? . We already paid for the co-pay visits, and we’re supposed to receive them. I’ll try emailing and calling again this week. Unfortunately, even though I really like the doctors, I’m not sure if I’ll return in the future.

The entire staff was fantastic! Everyone was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating w/ my 8 & 11 year old girls. Dr. Michelle Cristi was extremely patient and thorough! Mu girls were nervous about getting the dialation eye drops but Doc had a great method that made it easy for both! Thank you!
