Very fast and efficient! New patient- Arrived 30 min late for appt. Was still seen and out the door within a hour and a half. Staff at front couldn't have been friendlier and the Dr. was the best eye doc I've ever been to. The large selection of Glasses you can try on are a nice touch as well. Atmosphere was calming and quiet.

Dr Patel is highly intelligent and quickly diagnosed me and my eyes, plus he's a nice guy. My glasses were actually less expensive there than at other places. I really have no complaints!

When I first starting seeing drs here I was given glasses that were the wrong prescription. I didn’t find that out till a while later when damage had been done. I was given a bunch of different prescriptions before I was sent to the office in Leesville. While there I was told I had a bad cataract in my left eye that needed to be removed. I’ve had that done and now have been struggling with my right eye. About 8 month ago I seen Dr. Patterson who said I needed prisms in my glasses but they were never received. A month ago I went back and seen him again. He was also not happy to find out we never got the prism. He then reordered my prisms which I was told today have still not arrived. The dr I seen today who is NOT Dr.Patterson claims my glasses prescription is correct even tho I am telling him I can honestly see better without the glasses. No answers were offered today, I was told he wish he knew the cause to my troubles. It’s seems very hard to get anything handled here because they are always so pack and seems as if they are just trying to get people in and out rather then patient care………………….,. no one answers the phone when I call still no prisms.

The tech did the actual eye exam for the prescription then dilated my eyes and told me the actual dr would just be checking my eye health. I told her that I didn’t actually see clearly out of any of the options. I reiterated the same thing to the dr whose response was I can check your vision again if you would like. My eyes had already been dilated and definitely altered my vision. I mentioned to him that I didn’t understand how he could get an accurate read of my prescription when my vision was already so blurry with the dilation. He said “oh you would be surprised”. I have zero confidence that my prescription he wrote is accurate and am definitely not going to spend $500 on glasses for it to be wrong.

I always think of him and thanks him in my heart. Now every eye appointment, I drive 2 hours to see him. Thank you Doctor Norton.
