Went to two doctors and diagnosed with two different diagnosis. One of the techs when seeing the first doctor touched my eye with something. That’s never happened. I questioned her about it. She said it was supposed to. I didn’t feel comfortable after that. New RX written for eyeglasses. The year before the RX was too strong. The new RX is too. The tech that discusses RX was rude.
I was an emergency case and they got me in to see a doctor that was able to fix it! I’m forever grateful for that! But I’ve been using them for years before and I haven’t had any problems with how they treat me or their offices. I also purchased glasses from them several times and never had any trouble with that either. I’ve also been seen by different doctors and all have been extremely nice! I recommend visiting them!
Fantastic staff. Love Dr. Sullivan, he takes time with your appointment. Lets you ask questions and answers you fully. You aren't rushed in and out. Does a really thorough exam each visit.

First of all, Dr Reynolds is awesome! But... Waiting two and a half hours, consistently for every appointment, is a bad experience overall. They (anybody that takes your phone call or even in person) overbook. They are not thorough when they take your information and so therefore they bill things incorrectly, even though they have the right information. Then, they are rude and condescending at times. Even when they try to help you, they are frustrated and impatient with you. As a patient, I would like to think I'm not just a number, but to the administration of the clinic, I believe that's all I am. To the doctor? Fantastic! I have had four surgeries by this surgeon and he is fantastic. But with each surgery, comes aftercare and follow up visits, and in office procedures. Interestingly, Red River ENT is associated with this clinic and I have to wonder if it's run by the same people. Exactly the same scenario. Fantastic doctors, horrible wait times.
