Wonderful calm experience. The doctor was pleasant and allowed me to ask questions and he explained everything well to me being this will be my first time having to wear glasses. I recommend this business. Everyone was nice. I also found a very affordable pair of glasses that I love.
This morning was my first trip to Natchitoches Family Eye Care. I was impressed from the moment I stepped inside. Everyone of the staff from the ladies at reception to the techs and Doctor were friendly, professional and informative. The young lady in the Optical department was very sweet and helpful. In fact, I actually loved the glasses she had on and chose her frames for my glasses. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Very professional yet personal and welcoming. They called and made sure my glasses were going to be exactly what needed and I wasnt paying for things I didnt need. I felt taken care of!

The doctor treating me took the time to explain everything to me. Family Eye care. Is indeed a family and makes you feel as though you are part of their family.
Excellent eye exam with Dr Wardell @ Natchitoches Family Eye Care. He explained everything in very easy to understand language and made the examples pertain to me. I am very happy with his communication and how easy he made the two problems to handle with medicine. His way I will not forget the medicine any longer.
