Absolutely love going here. I had such a rough day today , my kids decided to choose wild after walking in the door and they were so patient and understanding and kind enough to sit with my kids to help me . I’ve rarely ever been showed that kindness anywhere. They are truly amazing. Also 👍got fitted for my contacts and I’m so happy about it

We had a great appointment today. My daughter was a little anxious at some points during the appointment, but Chelsie was so patient and considerate when speaking with her. Her empathy and attentiveness really stood out to me today. Dr DiCarlo was really pleasant, as always.
Kinda same experience as Bubba which makes me think management hasn’t learned anything at all. I was told my copay amount and then given an extra test(s) without being told they would an extra hundred dollars. I’m a public school teacher and live on a strict budget. An unexpected and likely unnecessary hundred dollars makes a big difference. The place is clean and confortable and everyone was incredibly nice but they need to be more up front about communicating costs. For this reason I’ll only be coming every other year if I return at all.
Everyone was very nice and Dr Fasio was awesome. However at the end I was Shown some eye drops, a face mask and some lid cleaner as they were put in a bag. I thought How sweet they are giving me a goodie bag. Nobody asked if I wanted It they just put it in a bag and handed it to me. Then I was Brought to order my glasses. Nobody asked if I wanted To order today. Anyway when the girl was checking me out I noticed her looking through the bag. I asked If I was Being charged for it and she said yes, about $70 worth of stuff!! If I hadn't Noticed her looking through the bag I would Have assumed the balance she told me I owed Would have all been my copay since I have New insurance. I wasnt Happy about this. Ask me if I want it, don’t bag it up and assume I want To pay $70 for ur stuff.
I highly recommend going here for all eye exams and issues. I had my third visit here today and their team is AMAZING. They got me scheduled in ASAP to check the irritation i had in both eyes. They knew exactly what the issue was, took care of the problem in a matter of minutes all while keeping my 2 year old daughter occupied to treat me. Phenomenal job to Dr. DiCarlo and her assistant Ms. Gabby for the all around care of my visit today!
