I had the most wonderful experience at The Eye Center of Denham Springs! The staff are amazing! Everyone I spoke with was so friendly. The facility was clean and welcoming. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and they are very knowledgeable about the different coatings and options. As well as taking the time to explain cost breakdown and insurance coverage. I would highly recommend The Eye Center of Denham Springs!

Overall the experience was very pleasant. The lady who checked me in failed to introduce herself. No name tag, so no way to identify her. For a better experience she should have said who she was and perhaps her position so I would feel more comfortable with her interaction. She was pleasant just missed on the part to “make your client feel completely at ease”. However, that fail would not keep me from recommending this business as I felt very comfortable with Dr Wax.
