Thank you Brianna for your detailed and thorough assessment of my situation and reaching out to providers to insure I received the correct ultrasound and screening. It's hard sometimes to find the motivation to go beyond what is presented but Brianna did just that! I work with the public and you never know how much of what is just seen as "Another's days work" is really life changing to others! Everyone was very nice and attentive from check-in to the two unidentified ladies trying to determine if the AC was cooling in the lobby, lol. You all keep being great!

The Nurse in the lab really cares for her patients, giving a blood sample is never painless but the preparation and skill she has, makes the procedure as easy as possible!

This is more for the front desk clerk. I went in for blood work and told her multiple times that I had multiple charts in the system (probably bc of ppl like her) and I told her repeatedly what chart to attach my blood work to bc it would be weeks, according to doctor’s office ,before the charts are merged and she still linked it to the wrong chart.

I’ve always avoided going to the doctor yearly because it terrifies me. That is until I found NP Angelle Bush! She is welcoming, non-judgmental, straight forward, and knowledgeable. I’ve gone two years in a row for a physical which may not seem like much to some, but it’s a testament of her care. The front desk staff is fantastic too! Her nurse Victoria was great and welcoming too! Another shoutout/rave to the phlebotomist, Nikki. I’m a frequent “passer outer” when it comes to getting my blood drawn. I get clammy, lightheaded, can’t look, drenched in sweat, and absolutely avoid it unless absolutely necessary. This was the best blood drawn experience I’ve ever had! I only felt a tiny pinch. No unnecessary sticking, found a vein right away. No bruising. No sweating or lightheadedness 10/10!!!! Doing my yearly exams aren’t so scary anymore :)
