It was easy to get an appointment. Upon arrival the staff was helpful. They immediately called me to the back. The s Nurses made me feel comfortable. Acknowledging my fears they made it easy for my husband to accompany me. Dr. Kilpatrick was really awesome. He was thorough, patient and kind. Having to get eye injections is not easy but having it done at this facility I feel so lucky to have found this place.
Amazing Staff! They have everything in order & have testing and visits times just right at the Denham Springs Office. Dr. Kilpatrick is who I saw & he answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and made sure I could understand my medical issues.
Dr. Kilpatrick is personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was patient and listened to all of my concerns. And, he did a good job of explaining things to me. Everyone in the office was friendly and very helpful.
I was extremely impressed and very thankful to have been a patient at Louisiana Retina!! I was treated with kindness and compassion from the time of making the appointment with Brittany, and also having tests done by Kate. Then my time with Dr. Burnham really put my heart at ease. His knowledge, patience and time spent listening to my concerns was second to none! I would recommend this office without hesitation!!
They are very attentive and so nice. Dr Burnham took his time with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly and completely. We were able to get in on short notice and able to do all testing in the same day. I highly recommend!!
