This was my first time going here. I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Wroten and the staff. Very kind and sweet people there. I shared the issues i am having and they took the time and care to explain to me what I have and how they will correct it. Thank you to all the staff at Bond-Wroten Eye Clinic. I recommend them to anyone who needs eye care.
Always been a great place, just seems like all they care about now is money. I called in 2 days ago about getting a peice of metal out of my eye and was quoted $200-$300.. which is great, i dont mind paying. After the appointment they hit me with a $500 bill.. which i think is still fair, now its much higher then quoted but i want my eye to be okay more then i want money and without any issues i paid. My problem is, Dr. Nyugen did not discuss any recovery timeline with me, and when i asked about any general timeline for recovery they said i'll have to come in and pay an exam fee for them to even discuss anything... a general timeline of recovery should have been discussed before i even left the office.. but it seems like either bad practice or a scheme to just collect money without prioritizing customer well-being. I've been coming here all my life.. and this is the first it seems like they genuinely just care about money over the customer.
10/10 Experience with Dr. Bond and his staff! I will refer him to all of my friends and family. All of the staff were so welcoming and friendly!! It was a breath of fresh air!
Dr. Bond and his staff are great. Mrs. Angela is the BEST at helping you pick out the correct fitting glasses, lenses and making sure you can see out of them correctly. Especially when you have transition lenses like I do. 😎
Our family has been with Bond Wroten Eye Clinic since the very beginning. Dr. Bond was the first to care for our family, and when Dr. Johnson joined, she became a blessing added to our journey. Both of them have gone above and beyond with their knowledge, care, concern, dedication, support, prayers, and genuine love through every trial and tribulation we’ve faced. We’re still walking this road together—over 15 years for me and over 11 for my son—and I wouldn’t want any other doctors by our side. They also guided us to two incredible A+ specialists for cornea and neurology care, creating a true circle of communication that keeps us supported every step of the way. You don’t find that kind of teamwork and dedication much anymore. There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful and blessed we are for the years of care we’ve received from this amazing, family-oriented, faith-filled, compassionate team.
