Williamson Eye Center

I had my annual eye check today. The waiting room had a light happy feel to it. I enjoyed the piped in music while I waited. The wait was minimal, I was escorted to the work rooms by a pleasant professional tech. She ran all the usual tests in a quick efficient manner. The friendly doctor read all the results, ran some additional tests. She shared her knowledge of my tests results with me in layman’s terms. All in all it was a great visit, and the cherry on top, my eyes are doing great. Thank you

While the doctor was nice, my exam felt rushed and lacked thoroughness, skipping important medical history questions. The front desk staff consistently had a rude attitude and acted like helping patients was a burden. When I came back weeks later just to pick up my glasses, I waited 20 minutes because only one person was in optical. When I asked the front desk for help, the receptionist claimed she didn't know how before reluctantly grabbing my glasses. Overall, a subpar experience.

Dr Hannah Chutz and her staff are literally the best. They're so friendly, knowledgeable and kind! Their office and equipment are always so clean too! Amanda at the optical/frames area is amazing! She takes the time to explain your benefits and options to you, which is a first for me after having poor experiences at previous Optometrist offices. I can't recommend them enough!

I had a great experience at Williamson Eye Center. From check-in to checkout, the staff were professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything ran on time and I never felt rushed or like I was waiting around. They made the whole visit smooth and easy. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I love Williamson Eye Center. The Doctors and staff are so nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Chutz on this visit. She cares about her patients and their eyes. She also explains everything about your eyes so you will be able to understand. She listens and answers your questions. I will always go to Williamson Eye Center. I've been a patient for a long, long time. Thanks for all you do.
