Lousiana Eye And ;Laser Center

Honestly I could not find the door to this place, had to call them and ask! It's on the back of the building, old white rusty dusty looking and it gets stuck all the time. A lot of people coming in can't even open it and waiting patients are forced to open it for them, no one in the office helps... It's a very run down building with huge cracks in the floor and not very clean. Waiting times are LONG. The eye doctor there isn't very informative on your problem and seems like a know it all tbh. I tried explaining a problem and he kept responding with "No, your fine." In a condescending voice each time. Him and his assistant were making fun of one of the nurses, it was so weird.. Thankfully I only had a yearly eye exam and will never be returning! Yikes! 😬 They have a location in Alexandria I will be trying at my next yearly appointment! I suggest you do the same. **ALSO THEY ARE ONLY OPEN ON WEDNESDAY**

Great people work there. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Very clean, looking out for your safety. The doctors was great also. Explain everthing did not rush you out there office. Would go back again

I had heard the wait times were horrible but that was not so in my case. It took me about 1.5 hours altogether. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the Jonesville office experience.

I had an amazing experience at the Jonesville office of Louisiana Eye &,Laser Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring. My appointment went well and all was good. I would recommend this center for anyone's eye problems.

Horrified that a licensed professional tells a 16 year old he has 20/20 , printout stating the same, puts him in contacts and to come back in a week. So 20/20 vision and dilated after accompanying adult told Md not to as apparently no issues. $150.00 ran up bill. Will never use again and will warn all others of this scam. Oh yes, cancel that appointment!!!- Would give a minus five if could!
