Everyone was very nice. They made the experience worth the drive to Marksville. We have used both Alexandria and Pineville locations and the staff were rude. Driving to Marksville fort that kind of service was worth the hour drive.

Friendly, courteous and professional personnel all the way including the young man named Kip who helped me pick out a new frame. Thank God we have such a great place here in Avoyelles parish.
I had a great experience at the Louisiana Eye & Laser Center in Marksville. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a thorough eye exam. Afterwards my results were given to me by the doctor. I recommend this place for your eye care. The fact that it’s local is a plus.
Extreme wait time. I brought my dad for an eye exam. He is 92, he was exhausted by the time this ordeal was done. We were brought to a room where a tech did an eye exam and all the things. After spending over an hour there. We were sent back out to the waiting area to wait for the optometrist. This took awhile, my poor dad was over it, he was so tired. I didn’t understand what seeing a tech was about. She said it gives the doctor a starting point. I was expecting him to do his own exam give us the eye prescription and let us be on our way. NOT! This seems like a money racket. Needless to say lesson learned. We may drive further but I think it will be worth our time to go elsewhere. We were there almost 3 hours.
All staff are nice except for that Kip dude. He literally needs to be fired. He's very rude and a danger to customers. He likes to run up to women and act like a thug.
