I never post reviews, but this place deserves one. I have suffered for years with bad eye sight and eye doctors who seemed to not really care to fix it. I finally found one who takes the time to ensure the script is right without making us wait hours.
I’ve been getting prescription glasses from LaPoint Eye Clinic for almost 3 years now and the frames are absolutely garbage. Over the last 2 years the arm (or sometimes both arms) will completely disconnect from the rest of the frame making the glasses unwearable. This has happened to be FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES! I have purchased new frames twice and still have the same issue. I don’t throw my glasses around, I don’t let them get wet and I keep them in safe places yet they still do this. I once went to get them repaired by the woman there and she took my glasses to the back for about 15-20 minutes and then gave them back after trying to say I was the reason they broke, I then put them on to try them and then once again the arm falls off right in front of her. This place is a damn joke.

Excellent care! For the past 3 years my insurance company wasn't affiliated with LaPoint Eye Clinic so I had to see another doctor. We're finally back with LaPoint and couldn't be happier with their care. Great doctor, great staff!
I have been to many optometrists and I must say that every time we have come here has been a very pleasant experience. Very friendly staff and doctors. Doesn't take super long but you don't feel rushed out of there either. Also doesn't take long for glasses to be done, usually within a week -if that! Glad my family and I chose to stay local and switch to LaPoint's!
