My husband had an appointment here in March. The office appeared busy when we walked in. However we were called within a reasonable time. Linda and Crystal took care of us during initial testing. They were both very personable and professional. Dr Taglia was Great! We were probably there about 2 hours.
I have been seeing Dr. Schilling for years, she’s fantastic! Also, maybe I’m just lucky, but I’ve never had to sit and wait very long for an appointment. Maybe a few minutes in the lobby, but I usually expect that from any medical office. The ladies in the office & optical shop are very friendly and helpful as well.
The staff is amazing, and understanding when working with young children. Dr.Arusha was so patient and had the perfect technique to keep my child engaged as she did the exam. They made the entire process comfortable and was able to explain everything along with giving a pamphlet with even more details. I have no complaints and will for sure recommend her. Thank you for the amazing service!!
I had a noon appointment, so I went to the location, the building was empty, and no one advised me that they hadn't moved to their new location that was suppose to take place in May. Rated 3.3, I see why! Very poor communication ☎️
Ive been here almost an hour and half past my "appointment" to have something potentially removed from my eye causing discomfort. I was looking for a new eye Dr for my family, I don't think this is going to be it. Just short of 2 hours and I'm out the door. The Dr was very good and friendly but all these offices don't keep timely appointments ever so we have to tell how it is in hopes some will do better I'll bump up a star for the Dr but time is precious so do better all Doctors please.
