Dr ho should of help push for surgery if he knew that my mom‘s eye was as bad as it was Because he was the one who did surgery on her My mom went for I pre op after her surgery She told the nurse that she couldn’t see The nurse insists that she could see and put her fingers in her face along with a light an asked can you see that right and then remove them and proceed to ask her to tell her letters on the chart about a week later come to find out she needs surgery and she needs ASAP due to the fact they wanted her to wait to see the doctor today now we’re hoping they can save her left eye on Monday evening today is Good Friday and everything is closed

This office gives you the run around. They told me to cancel my other insurance so my new insurance would cover my eye exam. I did what they told me to do and that it would take 30 days to confirm but that there was a reference number and they still wouldn't see me. Medicaid could backdate and pay for this and they still wouldn't do it after I drove in twice. So frickin ridiculous. DONT GO HERE

They were running 30 minutes behind today, but took good care if me once I was seen.

My experience has been life changing! I had Cataracts removed from both eyes. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

Dr Ho is wonderful. Knowledgable. Helpful. Office staff and nurses are great and explain things well. The ONLY complaint is the wait time. I’ve never gotten into my appointment even close to the time it’s scheduled for (I’m always at least 5 minutes early if not more) and never less than 3 hours in clinic waiting to be seen. It’s very frustrating to spend half a day waiting for a 20-30 minute appointment.
