I just left from my appointment and it went amazing! From scheduling my appointment over the phone to the great customer service throughout my appointment. Justin, Eliza and Dr. Cook are beyond phenomenal! Definitely recommend coming here! *I do recommend coming 10 minutes earlier to fill out paperwork.
Wouldn't see me because they said there's a " grace period for your appointment". I said "I literally got here IN that 'grace period' then they said "unfortunately you have to be IN the room to see the doctor in that 15 minutes". My appointment was at 2pm. I got there at like 2:13. They said they couldn't see me. What an extreme waste of my time! When I tried to call before, They also said they wouldn't verify my insurance over the phone and they also wouldn't send me new patient paperwork via email to fill out for them. Over all, NOT customer service oriented. They won't be getting my money now or ever! Update: went to Stanton optical and was BLOWN AWAY! 8 people there in the office to help customers! Exams were streamlined - I was in and out in less than an hour!! Everything was explained to me- insurance limits, expenses, different frames, different lenses, different contacts, etc. I got exactly what I came for in just less than an hour! I'll be doing business with them for now on! I certainly hope lubbock vision doesn't go out of business since they just keep turning potential patients away!
Everybody there was professional except Izzie. Alonna (don’t know how to spell name correctly) she was amazing! Very friendly, professional , helpful & so sweet! Doctor Cook amazing per usual! Man that works there as well! The only issue is Izzie. I just left from my appointment. Alonna asked for help & Izzie was yelling at her. Anybody in there could hear her from the room they were in. Just rude & disrespectful overall. This is unprofessional & patients or Alonna shouldn’t have to put up with that. I don’t know how many complaints, it is going to take for her to be rid of but it needs to happen ASAP.
Their lab place is very unprofessional and lose shipments. Now it's gone be another two weeks maybe before I even get my glasses. That means I had my appointment two weeks ago was supposed to have my glasses and now because of the lab losing shipments I have to wait another two weeks. I have never had issues like this with anywhere else. Very very unprofessional.
Dr. Cook is always so happy and in a great mood, we have been coming to him for year for our test including our whole family. His team Elijiah and Elyzah are always so great at taking patients in and making appointments.
