This place is great! The front desk person Riley was so helpful and patient with my many insurance issues. Dr. Pierre explained everything in detail to my daughter and I. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and safe with this being her first eye appointment. Also I can not stress enough how amazing Riley was! 5 Stars!!
Although I’ve been getting eye exams at For Eyes in Weymouth for years, This was my first appointment with Lumiere/Dr. Pierre and I am very pleased. Dr. Pierre is very thorough, informative, and professional. Very pleasant demeanor and listens to the patient. I’m also very impressed with the latest state-of-the-art equipment which makes the eye exam process much more efficient and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Pierre and her staff!
Yet another wonderful experience at Lumiere! My eye exam was so very thorough, and each part was explained to me as we went along. Dr. Pierre was lovely, listened attentively and was able to quickly address what troubling for me. The process from there, checking out and looking at selections of VERY WELL PRICED eyeglasses continued to make this a great experience and the very reason I continue to drive an hour to see them!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I needed to find a new eye doctor when my insurance switched at the beginning of the year. I am so glad I came across Dr Pierre. My appointment ran on time, office was friendly and clean. Dr Pierre was very thorough on getting my new prescription and checking my overall eye health. She also took the time to make the proper lens recommendations knowing I’m a photographer and need to see the color of the screen in true color. I would recommend her to my friends and my husband will be making his next appointment there as well.
This was by far the best experience & best eye exam I have ever had! I had a far more thorough eye exam here than at any of the opthamologists I have ever been to. They were on time, gracious & kind, took the time to explain everything & go over my results with me in detail. I was a person/patient & NOT just a number to them! I am Extremely grateful!
