Dr Fleming is very thorough and explains everything really well. She nails my prescription with perfection every time, which is important with progressive lenses! I’m relatively new to glasses and in the past few years I’ve had perfect service, prescriptions, and new frame fittings each time. Her staff members, specifically Gentry, do an amazing job finding frames that fit my face structure best and ensuring the progressive lenses line up with my pupil exactly right each time. Highly recommend!

This review is more of an expression of gratitude for the exceptional care that Dr. Fleming and her staff have provided me since meeting them less than a year ago. To refer to Dr. Fleming, Jentry, and Julie as just my “optometrist’s office” would be an understatement; they are amazing human beings, and Dr. Fleming is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. When I was referred to Dr. Fleming during an eye emergency, she took me in the same day and performed a thorough exam to determine the issue. Thanks to her prescribed treatment, I felt relief almost instantly. I truly appreciate how she communicated with me throughout my recovery to ensure I was healing properly. Because she is so detailed and invested in her patients' well-being, she was able to discover other contributing factors to my eye health. She immediately became my primary optometrist, and I have since brought my family to her practice as well. I also want to highlight her staff, Jentry and Julie. They are incredibly kind, and their organization and communication skills are outstanding. The ability to reach the office via text or phone with immediate responses is the best! Furthermore, the online portal is user-friendly and makes completing forms seamless. I always feel welcomed in the office. Oh!! And the selection of eyewear is exquisite. So many niche brands that you just want to buy them all! And, because of her expertise in skin care and services provided in-office? Not only are my eyes better, but so is my skin!! Thank you again for everything you do!!

The practice is modern and equipped with advanced digital diagnostic technology that made the exam incredibly thorough and efficient. Dr. Fleming has a wonderfully personable approach—she took the time to walk me through every diagnostic result in detail and clearly explained what to do next for my eye health. I felt completely informed and cared for. I also got a new pair of glasses that I’d been wanting, and while they’re being made, the team adjusted my current pair so I’d be comfortable in the meantime. Such thoughtful service! Our two sons and I recently had our first appointment with Dr Lam at Luminance Vision. Their office is very modern and filled with natural lighting through all the windows, which provides a warm and pleasant environment. Their staff, especially Julie, are very kind and welcoming. Dr Lam was thorough with my eye exam. She explained everything with a lot of detail and clarified all of my questions. Their equipment look very modern. Overall, I recommend Luminance Vision as an optometrist. We’ll definitely be returning for our future optometry needs.

I needed better glasses and I have a complex set of requirements. Dr. Fleming’s examination and thorough empathic and patient approach reassured me in minutes that I had finally found the excellence I needed. The selection of contemporary frames impressed me and I was delighted by how quickly my new glasses were ready. These glasses are so much better! Well worth every penny. And all the people who worked with me at Luminance were kind, warm-hearted, and down to earth, in addition to being top-notch professionals.
