I absolutely loved this place. I was in Utah for work and randomly walked in. I was looking for a pair of round plastic black frames for a long time. Mr. Lund was very helpful and kind! He went the extra mile to mail me the glasses to my home state, Maryland. I was in Utah for short time, I had to email him my prescription and he mailed me the frames with the lens on. Mr. Lund is very genuine person, before I left the store I accidentally forgot my bag there and he called me to let me know. I went and retrieved my bag right before going to the airport. I love to tell the story to everyone on how I got my new glasses. Please support this business if you can. It has wonderful unique frames and excellent customer service.

I lost a screw on my Swarovski glasses so I went in to get a replacement. It only took a few minutes and Mr. Lund was so kind. It was like visiting your grandparents' house where they chat with you while they work. It only cost me $5 (super cheap!!) for a brand new screw and some extra protection cement-glue stuff to go on top. This is a small business I want to see stick around. Mr. Lund has been doing this for 55 years, so he's definitely a professional! There's toys for kids and it's very homey in there. I left with candy and a smile, overall very good experience.

Thanks Bill for fixing my glasses, cleaning, checking for everything, great conversation, candy bar and a cleaning cloth. A beautiful store in downtown Provo with mountain view, glad I stopped by on my travel.
