I received excellent service here! The doctors and staff are friendly and professional, and provide great care! I had to go in to get a prescription adjustment after the first exam, and even though I had already passed the 90 day window for a free adjustment, they made an exception and saw me again for free. Now my vision is where it needs to be!
This is my 2nd time going to Slate Canyon Eye Care Center. They are quick and the Dr. is great. The receptionists are always friendly and willing to help me pick out frames that look good. The computers were down on this visit. They took my information and they let me know when it came back up and they were running my card. I love great communication!
Dr. Jensen was provided outstanding service. He provided a thorough exam, he took time to answer all my questions, and he provided a range of treatment options from helpful and practical up to expensive and nice (but unnecessary).
Booking the appointment was incredibly easy and everything was done by the time i arrived. Dr was great and visit was fast and easy. No upselling on glasses or anything else and worked great with my insurance. All staff was friendly and helpful.
I had a great experience during my recent eye exam here. Andy was the one who helped me before and after my exam. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish.
