I have been too many optical shops and this is hands-down, They have a wonderful selection of eyewear and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful Erin is wonderful. I have a pair of IC Berlin Glasses With hinges that constantly come apart. Every time I go in to the shop, Erin graciously reattaches the stems and gives me a tutorial on how to repair them myself
Amazing shop and service. I needed two pairs of my sunglasses adjusted and Vitelio from the shop fixed them perfectly—free of charge despite my insistence to pay. I know where I’ll go next time I need a pair of (sun) glasses. Thank you!
Awful experience. Ignored for almost an hour by all of the staff as if I’m invisible. I bought my last pair at Lunette in Back Bay and the experience there was great. I was excited to explore the options at this location and hoping to get my next pair of glasses today but this experience put such a bad taste in my mouth that I don’t think I’ll be returning to this branch. Terrible customer service, very disappointing.
I had a wonderful service here today. Denise was one of the best person I met in optic shops. She is professional, kind, and does best thing for her customer. I would definitely revisit this store.
